If your non-profit organization is looking to record, we have a special offer just for you. We also have a package for fundraising opportunities.

• Recording Lair will come to your facility and professionally record your ensemble(s) using only the best microphones, microphone pre-amps, analog to digital converters and digital audio recorders.
• The recording can be a recording session or a live concert - up to 3 hours of record time.
• We will master the digital recording in our world class mastering facility.
• We will design the CD panels, back panels, and the CD itself.
• Your organization will receive a free complimentary copy of the finished product.

We require a minimum of 35* customers to which we can sell the new CD. The CDs are priced at $20 per CD which includes tax and shipping. We will take care of all transactions directly with those who wish to purchase a CD.

The ONLY obligation your organization has is a minimum of 35 CD sales*.

For many ensembles this is less than one CD per member.

Factors that will increase the minimum number of CDs that must be sold:

1. If the distance to the recording is greater than 60 miles from Olympia, WA
2. If multi-tracking is needed
3. If a very complex set-up is required
4. If additional time is desired for additional recording or mixing

* If we do not sell the minimum required number of CDs we will make the remaining copies and mail them to your organization with an invoice for those unsold units. (Example: If we only sell 25 CDs we will mail your organization 10 CDs and an invoice for $200)
